To begin, it is important to realize that there is a real problem in our society today. This problem is that our government isn’t functioning like it is supposed to.

We have learned that  our Constitution created a “government of the people, by the people, and for the people” (Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address), and in order for that to work, people must be educated of how their government works and what their role is.

The video at right demonstrates the fact that too many people do not know what they should. This is scary, in a way, because if these six or seven people are representative of everyone in America, our government would fall to pieces! See for yourself...
