Pre-Algebra

2nd hr: Is co-taught with Mr. Tundevold and has many regular ed students.


5th hr: Is a pull-out with only students identified as special ed.


Both classes will be doing the same lesson each day.  Classwork and homework will be modified on an individual student basis, as needed.

*Each class will start with a bellwork (BW) assignment.  Bellwork will be practicing or reviewing multiplication tables or previous lessons.

*Classwork will be participating in math instruction. 

*Homework will be given every day.  Students should be given time in class to start their homework.  Some students may finish their homework in class.

*Quizzes will be given during each chapter.

*Tests will be given at the end of each chapter.

  1. *9 Week Assessments (formerly known as exams) will be given at the end of each marking period.

  2. *Grades are based on a weighted system (categories in order of most weight: tests, quizzes, homework, and bellwork).
